We do everything with fervour, with an intensity and passion that people management deserves. And when we launched this company in 2017, it was that underlying fervour in all we do that dictated our name: Ferva.
Ferva was started by two friends who wanted to see HR make a real impact on the relationships and growth between companies and their people.
In our years as Organisational Psychologists, we noticed a clear divide between HR strategies. On the one hand you have the unionised approach that serves only the employees’ interests. On the other, you have strictly generic policy-based HR that caters only to business and operational needs, not doing anything to support employees.
We wanted to bridge that gap and create something that would help people and companies grow together.
Everything we do is grounded in a desire to make a difference and create meaningful results for businesses and their people, most of which is done through meaningful relationship building and support.
Through these journeys we’ve worked with some of the greatest clients, building relationships that helped us understand the depths of company/people dynamics even better. These journeys are what helped us create People (HR) Tech that truly understands people and the dynamics of professional alignment.
